January 2015 Blog Feature

The rush of people running from store to store and the frantic hysteria of finding the perfect present is over.  We can pull the coffee table towards the sofa, prop our feet up, and take a deep breath.  While we sit and relax, we pull out our cell phones, tablets, and laptops and catch up on the latest news.  We scroll through page after page of pictures, pins, tweets, and posts.

This month I have loved seeing new Crash Beauty posts in my blogger feed.  Chrissy grades every product she reviews and gives all the juicy details: the good, the bad and the ugly.  And I just wish I saw her Minted.com Holiday gift guide during the holidays!  I was searching high and low, looking through every shelf, section, and stack, (literally, at every Target and bookstore in my area) for a journal.  I thought there must be one that I like somewhere.  I'm not that hard to please right?

Anyway, Crash Beauty's review of Kat Von D's studded lipsticks makes me want to get in to my car and drive straight to Sephora.  These lipsticks sound amazing!  And if she gives them an "A" that means I need them.

Plus, Chrissy always takes amazing photos, so you always know what all the products look like before you get them.  Speaking of which, I have a trip to Sephora to make.
