I have fallen in love with vitamin C serums. When I shared my love with my mom, she asked me why she had to add yet another product to her beauty routine. And when I told her that Vitamin C reduces wrinkles and evens out the skin, she didn't believe me. But after using the serum for a few months, she completely changed her mind. Her sun spots disappeared and her skin felt softer and smoother. For me, I have cystic acne, so I have a lot of dark spots around my face. And vitamin C really helps reduce the appearance of these dark spots within a few weeks.
My mom and I apply vitamin c serums twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. We apply our serum after we have cleansed our face and applied toner. After we pat the serum in to our face, we apply our moisturizer. And we're done! Just adding this one step has really changed the tone and texture of our skin!
My mom and I love Vitamin C serums. When we try new vitamin c serums we look at the percentage of vitamin c, the texture, the smell, the effects of the serum, and packaging. Radha Beauty's vitamin C serum passed our test with flying colors! Their vitamin C serum had 20% vitamin c, which is very hard to find in stores because most serums only have about 5% to 10% vitamin c and that just isn't enough! The texture of Radha's vitamin c serum is gel like and goes over the skin really smooth almost like Smashbox's photo finish primer. Because of its gel like consistency, your skin doesn't feel tight when it dries or feel sticky right after you apply the serum. The serum absorbs quickly in to your skin, so you never feel oily.
Radha Beauty's Vitamin C serum is unscented, which is the way I like my products. Fragrances tend to break me out and irritate sensitive skin. This serum is also moisturizing because it has hyaluronic acid, which hydrates your skin and keeps it moisturized through out the day. Unlike many serums which have the dropper, Radha Beauty's vitamin c serum has a pump bottle which makes application so much easier and wastes less product. I don't know about you but I always squeeze too much with a dropper. But with a pump, I always get the perfect amount. I found that one pump of this vitamin c serum is enough to cover my entire face!
